Minehut server broken, Please help!!

I'm having various issues with my Minehut server which I haven't been able to get to the bottom off, here are the issues I'm facing.

• Redstone doesn't work, it's as stated Redstone doesn't work in my server which has unfortunately put a stop on many of the redstone projects I wanted to do : (
• Sand and gravel don't fall, when ever I went to dig for sand and gravel it just stays floating and doesn't fall like it's supposed to
• Water and Lava don't flow properly, we're having the issue that we can't make infinity pools in our server as wells water and lava not disappearing when we take out the source which leads to a long process of having to cover everything with sponges or blocks to make water and lava disappear.
• Doors not opening properly, we're having the issues where we open the doors but can't go through them and the doors open into two separate pieces.
• Tree's, when we cut down trees, leaves don't disappear and just stay floating unless we break them down, and for some reason no matter what tree it is we always get oak saplings and nothing else.

Those are the issues that we know of at the moment, we don't know whats causing the issues we've tried restarting taking out plugins but nothing is working. please help

Do you happen to have worldedit and worldguard on your server?

I checked and yes we do, sorry it's my first time in the forum and I'm still figuring how stuff works.

Ok its fine. Try running the command /stoplag or /stoplag -c and see if that does or says anything when you do it.
