Server not starting

I been playing on my server with no issue but all of a sudden the server will not start. The server status goes from starting straight to stopping then offline. In-game when I try to /join I get this message
Could not connect to a default or fallback server, please try again later: io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectExecption

I've tried force stopping the server & repairing but still can't start the server.

Try looking at the logs in the panel, if there's any errors from plugins that cause the server to stop then I suggest you remove those.

thanks for the replies, after about 10mins the server started to work again & everything seems to be fine now.
