Help me with the backup

I died on the world just before my server did the backup, so how can I access the backup before the last one? At least I haven't lost all my stuff

The only backups you can use are the ones that save every hour (well it is supposed to but its sometimes broken) and the ones you saved into a backup slot. Or one you have downloaded yourself in which you can upload back to the server. So if you don't have any of that, you won't be able to revert back sadly.
