I can't put my world on the server

I'm trying to upload a folder with the world, but I get a message that an error has occurred. Try again. I try but it doesn't work.

is your world a zip file? if so you have to use the site "file.io and copy the file and run the command "ulworld "whatever your world name is" then the file u downloaded from file.io

example:  ul world "cat" then the file from file.io
