Do command blocks get weird if I put the world in a file io link?

So I downloaded this map with command blocks from the internet, and it worked just fine when i uploaded the world to my singleplayer. So I turned the zip file into a file.io link at uploaded it to my world like the minehut tutorials, and strangely the command blocks are corrupted and they do not execute commands properly. They execute SOME commands, but most of them are not working or are working in a way they are not supposed to be. Does this happen normally? If so, is there a way I can fix it?

It depends on other plugins you have installed on your server, since some plugins may override the commands that minecraft already has, as well as for command blocks.
