How to create custom Items

Hello! I am wondering how to create custom items. I have created one already with the yml file, but have no idea how to edit it or its properties. (like how to make it so when rightclicked, it executes a command, or how to enchant it)

well to start off, if you wanted to make a stick that launches fireballs you would do:

on right click:
	event-item is stick named "&6Fireball Launcher":
    		shoot fireball at speed 2 #change the number to whatever speed you want

Hey, what exactly did you make it with? Like, what plugin?

 

P.S. There is a plugin called Skript, which is very powerful and is capable of doing almost anything.
