Adding layers to flat world

I've started a superflat world and have already built a few structures and I now realize that I'm going to need more room underground, since I only have 3 layers to bedrock. If I add more layers, will the stack on top of my builds or will they go underneath? I really don't wanna have to restart what I've built already.

Hey there,

You can move what you have already built using the WorldEdit plugin. Specifically, the move feature. You can read more about this here. Worldedit can also be used to add more layers to your ground after moving.
