Spawn protection access of buttons etc.

Hey guys, I need some help with my minehut server’s spawn. I want to make it so that nobody can break blocks (which is easy to do with the built in spawn radius) however, I want people to be able to access droppers and press buttons within spawn. Because of the default spaw radius that minehut has, I can do the first part, but that mean people can’t press buttons or access droppers. Could anyone pls help me?

You can remove the spawn protection and use a plugin called WorldGuard to do this. Here are some tutorials on how to use WorldGuard.
