Looks like this is actually a mod. Minehut currently does not support mods. Please find a plugin similar to this mod and suggest it here.

Is a plugin/mod, i mean it can be installed on a modded server or just a server with plugins and no mods
ive tested it on a spigot/paper server before

It's not possible to user server side mods, but it is possible to use client side mods such as Optifine. As an alternative to the mod, there are alternative methods to use this.

This looks like a legitimate request. From the Spigot plugin page: "Download is hosted externally for filesize limitation and update reasons." It seems like this is a hybrid mod which supports Bukkit, Sponge, or Fabric. Since Minehut runs on Paper (which uses Bukkit) it should work.

I'll add this to the list of plugin suggestions pending review. Looks interesting. Thanks!
