Sponge on the run trailer promotion reward

So i was browsing the minehut server page and went on a few servers. Then i noticed in chat a ad from minehut that said : watch the "spongebob : sponge on the run" trailer to get 30 credits. So i clicked on it and watched the trailer. It told me to wait 5 minutes to get my credits and nothing happened so i waited 10 minutes ... 20 minutes ... 30 minutes and nothing happened. Is this a bug or just a scam in my credit transactions on the account page it even said that i got the credits but i never got them.
