Disable Renaming Items

I am creating a server that has custom items which drop from custom mobs. For example, a ninja would drop iron nuggets called "Ninja Steel," which can be used to make armor. However, my players have come up with an exploit to simply rename iron nuggets to "Ninja Steel" and use the counterfeits to craft the armor. What do I do?

You can add an NBT tag that players can't create in survival (like Lore or CanPlaceOn/CanDestroy)

You can change the color of the name with color codes, for example if you called it "&aNinja Steel" players can't rename it green and so they can't exploit it
