slimes not spawning

i have tried so much to make slimes spawn in my server but they wont spawn. I've tried slime chunks and going in swamps even making an updated slime farm in the slime chunk. did i mess around in the settings and disable slime spawning or something? Please help

Is it only slimes not spawning, or is every mob not spawning?

easy, sometimes i turn it on hard

Do you have any plugins that may be interfering with mob spawning?
