Plugin files stays

ok so when you remove a plugin it keeps the file why? and do i need to delete each file one at a time or is there a way to clear the files that arent in use?

You can just delete the plugin's folder if you don't want to keep it's data anymore. You don't have to delete file by file in the plugin's folder, just delete that plugin's folder and you can remove it all at once.
