Sun frozen?

My sun has been frozen in the same spot when I created the server, it's been like that since. I can't see when it's night and when it's day, I can just see the mobs spawning during the night time. i don't want to delete the server, so is there any way that can be fixed?

The sky is all client side, so if it isn't moving yet the server is still picking up that it is night, its probably something to do with your client.
If you use a hacked client or some modded client, make sure you don't have a No Night setting enabled.
If you aren't on any special client, just try to restart your game a few times.
