If you are the owner of the server, try doing /worlds to see if you just aren't in a different world from your stuff. This command should show you a list of worlds on your server. Then do /world <world> or click on a world in the list to teleport to it. Or if you are not the owner of the server or have perms on it, get someone who does to do this.
