Introduction to How to Connect to Minehut on Bedrock:

All servers on Minehut support crossplay on Java and Bedrock, meaning you are able to play with people using different editions of Minecraft.

How to Connect:

Bedrock currently supports 3 different types of devices: Windows 10, IOS, and Android. To join a server on bedrock, you can either join the Minehut lobby with bedrock.minehut.com and run /join <server name> or you can just join the server directly with <server name>.bedrock.minehut.gg and it will take you to your server if it is online.

What to do if the IP does not work:

As bedrock support is still in beta, joining the bedrock server does not work 100% of the time. Here are some things you can do if the IP is not working.

• Remove the server from your server list and re-add it.
• Completely restart your game.
• Just keep trying to connect to it multiple times until it works.
• Or just try again later.

It supports the latest version of Bedrock which should be 1.16.201

Currently, bedrock doesn't seem to be working for users on 1.16.210 but it should work if you are using 1.16.201. And consoles don't have a direct way of putting ips to join external servers but there is a way for consoles to join external servers using some sort of external application. I'm not sure how tho but there are probably many tutorials online about it.

There is no eta on it but they have to update Geyser (the thing that allows for bedrock crossplay).

When will direct server IP be added for bedrock? it would be very useful as Minehut is one of the only crossplay servers out there. Also whenever I try to join from bedrock.minehut.com, most of the time it doesnt work, only rarely it lets me in the server. thanks.

a) There will be a server maintenance on Thursday where Geyser will be updated to the latest version as well as some other stuff, which should (hopefully) fix the issues a lot of bedrock players are having with connecting. I suggest being patient until then about this.

b) You can request suggestions such as direct server ip's for bedrock to be added onto Minehut on the Minehut Meta Github. Link below.

Bedrock support breaks everytime bedrock gets any sort of update and Minehut has to update it everytime. And to update it, they need to restart the whole network so they aren't able to update it as much. But recently they pushed an update that allows them to update Bedrock support without needing to restart the network so hopefully it will get updates faster.
