• What experience do you have with being a staff member in the past?
• Any general things about yourself (Note: this will help us get to know you.)
• Your in-game name
• What qualifies you to be a staff member about everyone else
• Other general things that will support your application
• Your age (Note: if you did not read the FAQ, you are required to be 14 to apply for GUnity staff.)
