Banned from a server

Hello, I was playing hide n go seek on a server and was banned for spam when I was seeker and counting in chat, me and the owners are trying to figure out how to get unbanned. Any tips or help will be appreciated.

My User: oJango

Server: molsSMP

You can unban a player using the command /pardon <player> (For example /pardon MrTibo)
You can use the command in-game if you are opped, or via Send console command on the server panel

If you have a plugin installed like Essentials, try using /unban instead

Go to your file manager > banned-players.json > Remove your name

 

should work! let me know if it doesn't
