I can't activate my server

I've seen a few posts about this before, although they are rather old. I want to activate my server so I can, ya know, play on it, but whenever I press "Activate", it gives me a 30 second count down, and then it doesn't activate. Last night, I installed another world, but I was able to play on it with my friend with no problems. Today the Minehut lobby is pretty laggy, so are there too many people online? Or is it an issue with my files. My server is "WitherHi".

MAX CAPACITY
