can i add a custom plug-in?

i wanted to add a /home, /sethome and /delhome plugin (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/sethome.87754/) but i couldnt because i dont know how to add custom plugins... is it possible?

You cannot add custom plugins to your server, however; the plugin Essentials provides a homes system.

You can add the plugin with these steps:

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Click Edit Server where you want to add homes
3. Go to the Plugins tab
4. Search for Essentials
5. Click Install
6. And finally restart your server to add the plugin
