Question: How do I disable topics that I made?

I have this topic that I made years ago and me and other people can respond to it.

 

How do I lock the topic from replies.

Generally, responding to such a topic is known as "necroposting" and will get a warning from moderators. It is discouraged because it brings irrelevant, old topics to the top of the list. There's no need to lock an old post, it already will show up very low in search results, and even if someone replies, the reply will be met with annoyance from many people.

It should be noted that users can hide their own posts on the forums by entering your post, clicking "moderative actions" and "hide". This will hide the post from users.
