Lost all inventorys on my server

So I had an issue with dimensions so I downloaded my survival world, I have a hub in the main world and I reuploaded it as "world" with the use of the upload command and multiverse but when I restarted the server and logged in. Everyone's items disappeared and I don't know what to do.
