My server is experiencing issues with lag in comparison to other online servers

For some reason, my friends and I have been experiencing connectivity issues with our server. I go on other servers and the connection seems to be significantly better. There are no mods running nor any plugins installed, and it's a normal & simple survival world that we've been working on for several months. At times, there are also issues with launching the server as well. Is there any way you guys can help fix this issue? The host name is  swaghowse.minehut.gg , and it is whitelisted. If there's any other information that you need feel free to ask!

Hey are you able to send me your server's timings. Start the server. Leave it for a while to let it run. Then a while after the server is online and lag is there, do /timings paste and send the link it sends you here.
