My minehut server keeps crashing and does not load in stuff when I join. I think that I set the random tick speed to high. What should I do?

My minehut server keeps crashing and does not load in stuff when I join. I think that I set the random tick speed to high. What should I do? and it does not let me do any commands

Run the command /gamerule randomTickSpeed 3 in the server console while the server is online but do not join it. And make sure the command is exactly like that since it is case sensitive. After running that command, you can join.
