Nothing on my minehut dashboard works

Nothing has been working for me on my dashboard, i cannot op myself, i cannot change the difficulty or game mode and when i restart or stop the server, the server remains on even though on my minehut dashboard it says that the server is hibernating. i have done all the normal things in regards to op ing my self, and this isnt my first server either, on other servers everything has worked normally, so im not sure what is wrong. I need to sort this out to create a whitelist because people were threatening to grief me.

Honestly, I've never seen something like this happen before. Very strange. 

If you haven't already, try repairing your server files... This should repair any files that are corrupt and may be one of the reasons or the sole reason for the issue. You can locate this in the danger zone tab.

You could also try force-hibernating your server. This may make the server stop if you haven't tried it already. This can also be located in the danger zone tab. 

If these steps don't work, you could try making a support ticket at https://minehut.com/support/form.
