My server won't start

So when I go to start my server it goes to a screen that server srarting in 30 seconds. I wait the 30 seconds and press continue but it just brings me back to the dashboard and the server still says hibernating. This has never happened to me before and ive been playing on this server for a couple of months.

I have the same problem. I tried repairing core files and resetting the server but it still won't work
