inventory gone

I logged in to my server just now and I was near spawn and my whole inventory was resetted, I also got the recipes from things again when I got into the water. pls help ive spend hours on hours on this world and I really dont want to lose all my stuff

I also noticed after some walking around that chunks got resseted, my whole base is an ocean now
