Server World Data Completely Gone Without Restarting

So I just got on my server after the whole starting issue thing, and it completely restarted. I worked on this server for a good year now and it all just restarted and I don't know what to do. Is their any way I could possibly get all my world save data back?

The Back-up save also is not working

Exact same problem. Got off before this issue and as rejoining with my friends, our world was half gone. new spawn point about 100 blocks away. We still had the items we logged off with. We then were going back to our main base and it was completely ocean. restarted and everything was FULLY brand new world with no tools/items/gear.  Also spent a year on this world. So devastating. You fixing this minehut?!
