Whever i try to use plugins in my friends survival server it says i do not have permissions

I cant use any plugins that my friend added in the server because every time i try to use them it always says "You don't have the right permissions to do that!". i dont have OP but my friend does so is there a way for him to solve it without me having op because he can use all the commands when he has OP

Your friend can use a permission manager like LuckPerms, to give you permissions without opping you. Minehut has a tutorial:
