i can't upload a world

i've uploaded worlds before but the one i'm trying to upload is bigger than file.io's max so i went to another website that had a bigger max file size. When i went to upload it on the server through the /words (/ul) command is was spitting out a 403 error and i have no clue what to do from here, can someone help please?

What website are you using to upload the file?

If the size of the file is over 500mb you can't upload it on minehut.
