server broken

i was on my server and when i rejoined only a few chunks where loaded and i would fall through the floor where they where not and it would kick me and say 'could not connect to a default or fallback server, pleas try again later: io.netty.channel.abstractChannel$annotatedconnectexpectation' that was on Friday it still seas that.

The thing that helped me the most is leaving it for a bit and trying to launch the server and relaunch mc. If you are still having problems feel free to reply
