Editing spigot files

Is it possible to get someone to edit the spigot file of my server. It’s locked and I want to edit the “enable-zombie-pigmen-portal-spawns.” I don’t want them spawning in portals as they are spawning in mass. Attached is a pic after maybe 5min near a portal with no one else online

You can access the majority of server properties in the settings tab of your panel. Not sure if it's there, but worth a glance.

Spigot files are in the settings menu; however, I can’t edit them.
