friend banned for being a "bot"

hi so my friend just recently downloaded minecraft in one of her alternative laptops, she's had her minecraft account for a long time and when she tried to join my server, it immediately banned her (from minehut), for being a "bot". is there a way to get her unbanned? because this is an unfair ban:( her username is Bahrain.  Please help.

Get your friend to appeal it here.

Along with that, tell your friend to change their password. Their account being a "bot" most likely means that they were hacked.
