Can't give other players permissions with EssentialsX and PermissionsEx

Hi!

So I tried many times to google this but I couldn't find an answer, so.. here we are!

Anyways, as the owner of my server, I'm trying to let players use the commands /sethome and /home, but only those 2. However, when I try to enter /pex user (The players username) add essentials.sethome in chat, it says I don't have the permissions to do that.

Can anyone help?

Go to https://minehut.com/dashboard/appearance , Then select your desired server, and enter "pex user <your name> add *" to give your player permissions to add permissions to other people, or just give their permissions straight from console.
