Server keeps shutting down

Hello! 
I just started a survival server with some friends but it keeps going offline when I’ve been offline for a few minutes. So other people can’t play when I’m not online. And when I come back to play on the server I get thrown in a Minehut lobby and I have to restart the server. Is this normal and can I fix this?

Other people can start your server with the /join command from the lobby

That's just how the free server works. If you want your server to be up 24/7 you are going to need to pay for it in credits. (MH Unlimited costs 8800 credits/month).Your friends can start up the server themselves just by doing /join (servername) and then join in through the hub by doing the same command once the server has finished starting up.
