Too many items

So me and my friends were messing around with op and we spawned to much rotten flesh and cant load into our server anymore, is there anyway to delete all the items with joining the server or something like that, it was a very progressed server so we really dont want to lose it

When your server boots up, do not login to your server and run in panel > edit server > Server Command "minecraft:kill @e" (dont copy the quotes) after you copy, paste and send the command a few times, it's safe to login and keep on playing.

Install a clear lag input. Its really helpful for making your server not lag
