I can't connect to my Minehut server even though the website says it's online.

So I activated and started my server on the website (it says: online), but after that i can't able to connect to the server. It is pinging, and when i try to connect, nothing happens just time out.. What should I do? I try to restart everything, and repair the files, i tried the force hibernation button too, but it doesn't work. I'm clueless, help me!

Minehut is currently under maintenance to address the lag issues that have been happening.
