I have over 4 years or so experience. For instance at this moment in time i am custom writing a skript to allow over 500+ extra models and blocks within the game not including any items. 
I have also made wireless redstone, glass domes, passive bonsi trees, vacuum hoppers and much more.

If price is an issue i am happy to make some minor things for free.
