my server wont start, please help!

i restarted my server, and it took a while to stop and start again. now when i try to start the server back up the status stays "offline" and the start button is ultimately not working no matter how much times i click it or refresh the page. please let me know if anyone else is having this problem and/or how i can fix it. i tried hibernating and restoring the corrupted files of the server as well.

So your server is stuck on offline and pressing start isn't doing anything? Try pressing force hibernate in the danger zone tab in the panel. This should cause your server to go into hibernation. Then try starting it up and see if it works then.
