Promos By the Plugin Creator in Server Chat

I very frequently get chat messages in my server that promote the websites of the creators of the plugins I use. They pop up about every 10 seconds or so. These are very distracting and take up a lot of space in the chat --bumping up player messages so that they always go unread-- and blocking a portion of the left side of my screen. Does anyone know if there is any way that I can get rid of them? Or at least put these messages on some sort of slow-mode, or give them a cool-down period? I don't want to turn off the chat, as like I said before, I use it to communicate with my friends...

If you installed the plugin "Additions", It is known for spamming links and how hard they have worked, The best way is to just uninstall it.

If you have 'Additions' installed, head to file manager > Plugins > Additions > messages.yml (i think). You can change the messages completely and slow them down.

Some authors just put these into plugins. They are generally only viewable by OPs on the server but yes, they are super annoying. You're free to not use the plugin if you don't like it to show the author you don't support it.
