5. What experience do you have as a staff member? I have plenty of experiences as a staff member, I will list a few of them here.

Cropied/Farmied - These aren't really the same servers but they have the same owners, Cropied is one of the most popular servers on minehut at the moment, averaging around 60-100 players, I am Helper on there, I help with support tickets and punish players for breaking the rules, etc. On Farmied, I am Moderator, and I ban hackers, read support tickets and stuff like that. Genied - A server on minehut that was popular for a while, averaging 80+ players while it was alive, and before it got griefed. I was an Administrator meaning that I taught other staff members the basics, the rules, and stuff like that, I also dealt with some of the management part. (https://discord.gg/s8CddcPF)

FoxGens - I resigned on this server after a little bit because I was too overwhelmed with school and such. But i was helper on here and like the other servers I dealt with tickets and chat moderation.

ExpressGens - Another generator server that I was staff on, Was decently popular the first week, averaging 20+ players, I was moderator, I dealt with tickets, chat moderation, and a bit of the management. (https://discord.gg/sVGG4qzv)

Incise - It was a skyblock server that wasn't very popular, had max of 15 players, but it was really fun, I was Manager on this server, and I dealt with of course, Management, tickets, and such. (https://discord.gg/8efVrKV4)

ChromaPR - a new prison server that is always on the front page, I am support team on there, meaning I deal with tickets, and nothing else. (https://discord.gg/WVFVFrYr)

CherryPR - Formally known as the most popular prison server on minehut. Died down after lack of updates. I was helper, meaning I of course dealt with some tickets, and some chat moderation.(https://discord.gg/Hj3V37wu)

LevelMiner - I was helper on levelminer, had a decent amount of players at all time, and if you could guess.. I helped with tickets and chat moderation. (https://discord.gg/WHeFaNzT)

6. Why would you like to be staff on LavaS: I would like to be staff on LavaS because I really enjoy helping out communities, and making sure that it's fun and safe for everyone to play. I'd also like to be staff on LavaS because I like the concept of the server, and I really want to play a lot of it.

7. Why should we hire you over other people?: You should hire me over other people because of my staffing experience that I have listed above, I have a lot of activity on minecraft (4+ hours per day) and I could spend most of it on LavaS, and anytime you needed me I could be there pretty quickly.

8. Have you ever hacked before (this will not affect your chances) I have hacked before, but last time I hacked was in 2018, on 2b2t.

9. Have you ever been banned on any servers? If so, for what reason? I have been banned on servers for cheating (previous of 2018)

10. Anything else we should know? (hobbies, personality, etc) There is nothing much else you would need to know thats important to the application.

Situational Questions

1. What would you do if you thought someone might be using criticals or nofall? If someone was using criticals/nofall, I would spectate them to make sure if they're using the modifications or not. If they were I would punish them for the right amount of time. And if they weren't I would continue on with my day, as if it never had happened.

2. What would you do if you saw somebody flying or using speed hacks? If I saw someone flying/using speed hacks, I would punish them for the appropriate times, after getting evidence of it, just to use later on if they say that they were falsely banned and such.

3. What would you do if someone was botting the server? If someone was botting the server, i would mute the chat (if there is a mutechat skript) then I would ban all of the bots from the server, and ipban them if I get the permissions to, if they continue on a VPN, I would contact minehut staff considering the situation.

4. What would you do if someone starts spamming personal information in chat? If people start spamming personal information about other people in chat, I would mute the player for spreading personal information over the internet, it would only be like a 6 hour-1 week mute at first though, but if they continue after that time period I would ban them for the appropriate amount of time.

5. What would you do if someone says something racist or homophobic in chat? If someone was being homophobic/racist in the chat, I would punish them immediately, for the correct amount of time and reasoning.

6. What would you do if somebody was threatening to hack the server? If someone was threatening to hack the server, I would make sure to get video/clip evidence of the matter, and send it to the administrators, just in case they actually start hacking the server.
