My server won't load on my dashboard :(

Hey! A friend and I uploaded a .zip file of a world of ours onto Minehut. But last night the servers were laggy and nobody could get in, so I resigned to try and test to make sure it worked today. Except now that server won't load on my dashboard- it's stuck on the loading bar and won't populate. I even made my second server, which populated fine, while my original server is stuck. And I can't join it via the /join command on Minehut either. How do I get it to load on the dashboard so I can fix it or delete it, if necessary??? (I put a pic of the stuck loading bar below too)

So the server on the dashboard just looks like that? But the 2nd server you made on that account seems to be working fine? You can try and make a support ticket about your issue cause not sure how to fix that.

In your ticket, make sure to put as much information about your issue as possible.
