How do i set up a teleport command?

Hi, I want to set up a command that lets you teleport to another player, like /tpt (name)

Is that possible on a free server?

Another way would be to set up a command block system, for example at spawn there would be a room with command blocks, press the first button of command blocks and it tp you to a taiga biome or something, or to someone's base.

Minecraft comes with the /teleport command already there. All you need to do is op yourself (tutorial).
