world How can I make my main world a void world?

Whenever I go to my server, I'll make sure to set the level generator to Flat and Void World (Flat). I will save it, then reset the world twice, then just in case, I may set the level generator again. I've alternated between this, and yet I still only get a normal flat world and it ignores my generate structures setting, my difficulty setting, my void world generator setting, and everything else. Is there a way to fix this? I even tried Multiverse and going into the config to change the world generation of my main world, literally called 'world,' yet nothing changes.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this?
