server acting weird

When I start my server on my main account, I am stuck where I was, and cannot move. Half the chunks in my render (of 8 ) does not load. When I try to tp somewhere, or use any command, the server stops.

I tried to repair core files, didnt work.

I tried to log onto my alt (never used it on this world) and it worked fine until I tried to give myself op in console. Crash.

idk what this is. Please help.

 

Edit: When i try to change world name, it changes worlds and deletes the previous one. I have no idea.

Did you ever change the tickspeed of your server? If so, try doing /gamerule randomTickSpeed 3 in console while the server is online but do not join it. Then try joining after. Also changing the level name box on the panel doesn't change your world name. That box just sets the default world of your server. The world everyone spawns in when they join. So if you change it to a name of a world that is not on the server, it will just create a new one and spawn you in there. Your old world is still there and was not deleted. Do /worlds to see a list of your worlds. Then either click on the world in the list or do /world <world> to teleport to it. Servers are currently down at the time of this message so you can try after they come back up.
