My server's stuck on hibernation and when I try to activate it, it just loops back to hibernating.

I went to open my minehut server to finish off a house I started building last night with my friend. I go on the dashboard click activate, all normal and then it goes back to hibernation it hasn't activated I try again and the same results come. I get confused and begin searching. It's been over an hour and nothing has changed can someone fix this please?
