Help! I need help giving permissions for /warp and other small commands for my private survival server

Help me! i cannot figure out Permissionsex as i cannot use it in game. I have given myself OP via console yet every time i attempt to give myself any perms or create groups, it shows that i do not have any perms

In order to give yourself permission to use PermissionsEx, go into the Home tab on your Minehut console and execute the pex user {your username} add * via the console. This will give you access to every command in the PermissionsEx plugin.

My IGN's "Clarifity", just like you see on the forums. Also, I don't really want a reward, seeing that I only help people on the forums for the fun of it lol.
