Bedrock crossplatform whitelisting

I know to whitelist somone you have to do /whitelist but how would you whitelist bedrock players? EX: Would you have to do /whitelist add *CoolgamerDiego or /whitelist add CoolgamerDiego but then it would say this player is already whitelisted what do I do? Thx so much!

Hey! To whitelist a bedrock user, you need to include the asteriks(*) as that is apart of their username. 

If this doesn't work, I suggest you disable the whitelist, let the user connect and then whitelist them and turn the whitelist back on.
