Looking for staff on my server

I own a server called MeqCraft. I am looking for any staff positions but mainly builders and developers currently. My server is Kitpvp, survival, factions, survival, creative plots, bed wars, skywars, and other Minigames.

Requirements 

Helper:

• 13+ Years of age
• Mature
• Able to join the server for at least half an hour per day (If you need some time off I am understanding)
• Help players effectively

Builder:

• 13+ Years of age
• Mature
• Able to join the server for at least half an hour per day (If you need some time off I am understanding)
• Experience with world edit 
• Able to prove building skills

 

Mod:

•  
• 13+ Years of age
• Mature
• Able to join the server for at least half an hour per day (If you need some time off I am understanding)
• Familiar with commands such as /kick, /mute, /ban, etc.
• Able to catch hackers and moderate the chat.

Admin:

 

• 13+ Years of age
• Mature
• Able to join the server for at least half an hour per day (If you need some time off I am understanding)
• Familiar with commands such as /kick, /mute, /ban, etc.
• Able to catch hackers and moderate the chat.
• Familiar with plugins and setting up plugins

Developer:

 

• 13+ Years of age
• Mature
• Able to join the server for at least half an hour per day (If you need some time off I am understanding)
• Able to use Skript or program in Java
• Able to set up plugins among other useful commands
