I get kicked out of my own server while my friend can play normally

Hi, so I have this problem where I get kicked out of my own server like every 1 minute and my friend whose also on the server is a bit laggy but other than that can play completely normally... what do I do :((

Does it say anything in chat when you get kicked? Like maybe a reason? Sometimes if you are lagging a lot, the server can mistake you for flying and kick you for fly. If you enable fly in the settings tab on the panel, it won't kick users for fly. Note that it doesn't allow users to fly, just makes it that the vanilla fly anticheat isn't used.
